A lawyer by profession, Fr. Benoît-Marc Boyer has done pro bono work for many non-profit organizations and those in need for more than 30 years. On account of his generous service, he will soon receive the Medal of Honour of the National Assembly.

It is in the heart of the people that the new evangelization is lived, and Father Benoît-Marc Boyer exemplifies it well with this tribute he will soon receive.

This year, he will get the Medal of Honour of the National Assembly, a distinction awarded to personalities of various backgrounds who, in their career, their work or their undertaking, deserve the gratitude of all members of the National Assembly and the Quebec people.

Father Boyer was also a finalist in the category “Environmental, Social & Governance” at the Canadian General Counsel Awards, prestigious legal commendations for the whole country.
