Earlier this month, the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Joint Ad Hoc Committee on Palliative Care launched its much-anticipated toolkit for parishes. The free-of-cost resource is entitled Horizons of Hope: A Toolkit for Catholic Parishes on Palliative Care.
