Young confirmands and their godparents are invited to take part in a diocesan experience during Holy Spirit Day, celebrated as part of the Palm Saturday festivities.

The day will begin at Saint Joseph’s Oratory on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

The 2026 Palm Walk will be a 5 km pilgrimage, marked by moments of prayer, praise, and inspiring testimonies. This day of fraternity and spiritual renewal will conclude with the blessing of the palms, marking the beginning of Holy Week.

Who is it for?

• Young confirmands enrolled in a catechetical program in the Archdiocese of Montreal who will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation this year

• Accompanied by their godparent

• Pastoral leaders and catechists
