The Christian Jewish Dialogue of Montreal will hold its 38th annual Christian Commemoration of the Shoah on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Parish.

The splendid statue of Our Lady, Help of Christians that had stood on the pediment of the Notre-­Dame-­de-­Bon-Secours Chapel since 1887 is back in its place of honour, after receiving much loving attention from the Centre de conservation du Québec since 2013.

We present you some testimonies gathered following the fraternal meeting of April 6 between the Archbishop and more than twenty refugee families.

For a third year, religious communities, secular institutes, a presbytery and a seminary will open their doors on Sunday, April 30, 2017, to welcome anyone who is interested in having a look “beyond the walls.”

On Thursday evening, April 6, Archbishop Christian Lépine welcomed refugee families from Syria, Eritrea and South Sudan, accompanied by their sponsors, to a fraternal gathering at the downtown office of the Archdiocese of Montreal.
