Montreal

As part of its Dialogues et espérance (Dialogues and Hope) series, the Fondation du Grand Séminaire de Montréal invites you to an afternoon lecture by Dr. Maxime Allard, O.P., a Dominican theologian and philosopher whose work sits at the intersection of rhetoric, politics and philosophy.

Through a reflection that is as accessible as it is searching, he will explore why prudence, patience, and the careful weighing of words matter so deeply in our conversations and public debates today.

Please note that this lecture will be given in French.

📅 Sat., June 6, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

📍 Grand Séminaire de Montréal, 6895 Boyer Street, Montreal

A timely invitation to think together about the place of truth in our society and how we might cultivate a manner of speaking that is both more honest and more humane.
