From May 30-June 1, 2025, the Catholic Church is celebrating the Jubilee for Families, Children, Grandparents and the Elderly! On this occasion the Diocesan Centre for Marriage, Life and Family invite families, parishes and movements to celebrate this special jubilee using the resources created for the National Week for Life and Family and the special jubilee guide that we are happy to share with you!

Families, parishes, dioceses and faith communities are invited to celebrate! This year's National Family and Life Week has for its theme Jesus’ words “Love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another” (John 13:34). Through daily prayers and activities, a wonderful social media campaign, the example of saints and catechesis, all prepared by the CCCB, let us discover concrete and creative ways to support and accompany one another in tenderness, joy, and love. #NFLW2023

Fertility education, registration required

Diocesan Family Camp (DFC) is a faith-based camp for all ages. For fifty years, families have been able to share a glorious week together set against the beautiful backdrop of Camp Kinkora in the Laurentians. Park the car for the week and relax! Enjoy not having to cook, clean or carpool! An hour and a half from Montreal, Kinkora has heated cabins with bathroom facilities for you to call home for the week. Rediscover each other while taking a dip in the private lake, enjoying the great outdoors

This virtual event entitled "The Itinerants Speak to us" will give a voice to the voiceless, a place to those left behind, in order that it might bring together all existing and potential forces, with the aim of contributing to the eradication of the scourge of homelessness.

The programme will include testimonies from three people who have the courage to share their experience of living on the street; a round table with speakers from six different faith communities; and much more.

Has anyone ever said that separation or divorce had to be experiences of deep solitude? During this mini 2-hour retreat with Archbishop Christian Lépine (in French in the morning, in English in the afternoon), come and discover that not only are you not alone, but that with Christ and our brothers and sisters who are in the same boat, solidarity can make this experience richer and even make it a real opportunity.
