How can our parishes better support those approaching the end of life and the loved ones who accompany them? Join the Diocesan Centre for Marriage, Life, and Family for Horizons of Hope, a formation program developed by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB) in partnership with Pallium Canada. The training is open to pastoral teams and anyone interested in deepening their understanding of end-of-life accompaniment.

Two morning sessions will be held on Saturday, January 17, and Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 2000 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal. Free parking is available. A participation fee of $10 applies. [Register here].

The English-language program, Dying with Christ – Living with Hope, will be offered in the spring on Saturday, February 28, and Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Further details will be announced.
