The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius are usually made over 40 days. This retreat walks the same major stages in ten, on a well-marked path that offers a way to meditate, to pray and to contemplate each day. Days are held in shared silence, with one-on-one accompaniment and daily Eucharist. No previous experience is needed.
