I'm Ashley, My feet are a bit swollen, please heal them. Also I hope that my mum and dad let me go to the library and a few other places, before Tuesday afternoon, when I have physio appointment. I hope my physio therapist also has the form that she needs to fill out, so I can apply to the Disability Tax Credit, in Canada. I hope to get the Disability Tax Credit as I and my family needs the money.
