Even during a time of social isolation because of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Sunday liturgy continues to offer nourishment for prayer and reflection during the whole week – whether we are meditating on the readings, or participating in a television broadcast of the Mass and making a spiritual Communion.

The Diocese of Montreal takes great joy in announcing the ordination of five new permanent deacons in the course of this fall. The five will be preparing for ordination in separate parishes. Their fine testimonies inspire us to hearken to Christ and to follow Him, whichever way that leads!

Prison chaplaincies have an ally in the community. For 25 years, The Montreal Community Chaplaincy has supported people in the process of healing following violence committed or suffered.
