FEAST OF ST. JOSEPH: NOVENA

Under the theme A Heritage to Celebrate, the traditional novena to St. Joseph, Husband of Mary,  begins today, March 10 running through to March 18. The pastoral team at St. Joseph’s Oratory will offer a spiritual journey through preaching and reflection (in French) during the 2pm and 7:30pm Masses, culminating on the feast of St. Joseph on Sunday, March 19 with a 7:30pm Mass presided by Archbishop Christian Lépine. DID YOU KNOW?

The Feast of the Holy Face of Jesus is always celebrated on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. This year it falls on Tuesday, February 28 and a Novena dedicated to the feast begins on Sunday, February 19. Come and learn more about this powerfully grace-filled devotion when we welcome Gordon Deery of the Holy Face Association on Wednesday, February 15 from 7pm-9pm at the Archdiocesan offices (2000 Sherbrooke St. West, Montreal). CFC – SINGLES FOR CHRIST

Do you want to know Jesus more intimately? Looking for something new to enrich your Lenten journey towards Easter? CFC Singles for Christ invites you to its Christian Life Program (CLP): a FREE 12-week series of talks, guided discussions, and fellowship intended to lead participants into a renewed relationship with Jesus Christ. The CLP is designed for unmarried persons, 21 to 40 years of age. It begins Saturday, March 4 and will continue weekly from 1:30pm-4:30pm at St. Willibrord Parish (351 Willibrord St., Verdun). FINDING GOD IN ALL THINGS

This seven-session course explores the teaching of St. Ignatius of Loyola on daily prayer. Our principal guide will be Fr. Timothy Gallagher, OMV. In this DVD series, Fr. Gallagher guides us through an understanding of the purpose of the Examen Prayer in finding God in all things, and also explains how this surprisingly simple prayer can make us more discerning and grateful
individuals. The course includes guided discussion on the application of this teaching in our current lives. OUR LADY OF FATIMA: PRAYERS FOR THE UNBORN
