NET CANADA IN MONTREAL NEXT MONTH

DSA (Do Something Amazing) Retreats are annual retreats that occur all across Canada. Conducted by NET Staff members, young adults are invited to a 24-hour overnight retreat experience where they can be equipped with tools for youth ministry and evangelization, learn what it means to be a missionary, and experience how NET is something truly amazing. It’s Montreal’s turn March 10-11, 2017! ST. MONICA PARISH: LENTEN RETREAT – HOW BIG IS YOUR GOD

Healing Our Images of God presented by Fr. Philip Chircop, SJ.  “We become the God we worship and adore”.  Who is the God you’re falling in love with? Is your God perhaps too small, created in your own image and likeness? A pocket-sized God that does not excite or challenge? Has your God grown and matured since you were a child?  Please join us on Saturday, March 4 from 9:30am-12:30pm (6405 de Terrebonne St., Montreal) for a morning of recollection in which we will explore some unhealthy, toxic images of God, and learn how to replace them with the life-giving images of God found in the Hebrew and Christian scriptures.
