This year our parish will celebrate Thanksgiving by donating non-perishable foods to St. Willibrord Food Bank. During the next two weekends, October 10-11 and October 17-18, you are invited to bring a bag filled with non-perishable foods to church at our 5pm Saturday Mass or 10:30am Sunday Mass (375 Kitchener Ave., Westmount). Canned tuna, salmon, ham, chicken, soups, vegetables, juices, coffee, tea as well as cereal, pasta and rice are always needed, but any non-perishable item will be greatly appreciated. Benedict Labre House: Donations for BLH Guests

To keep our house running, supplies are continually needed throughout the year. Nazareth House: Donations for Anne’s House

We want to help the residents of Anne’s House feel beautiful from head to soul. For those of you who have nail polish, make up samples, hair dye and soaps and would like to donate, we know 30 wonderful ladies who would greatly appreciate these products. Annunciation Parish: Baby Shower Item Drive for Expectant Mothers

From now through to the end of May, in honour of Mother’s Day, we are asking for donations of new or gently-used baby clothes and layettes as well as baby products such as soaps, wipes, diapers, etc. Please deposit items in the boxes placed at the main entrance of the church (75 Roosevelt Ave., Town of Mount Royal) during office hours or after our weekend Masses: 5pm Saturdays and 10am Sundays. St. Aloysius Parish: Item Drive for Herstreet (La rue des femmes)

For the first time H.O.P.E., along with St. Aloysius Parish, will be helping Herstreet, a non-profit organization involved in helping homeless women and women in distress. H.O.P.E. will be collecting items such as toiletries, any new or slightly used clothing, shoes and boots, as well as utensils and plates for the women at Herstreet. Over the next three Sundays, April 19, April 26 and May 3 following the 9:30am Mass at Ste-Louise-de-Marillac Church (7901 Ste-Claire St., Montreal), boxes will be available at the back of the church to collect the items. Good Friday Blood Drive

Sponsored by Archbishop Christian Lépine on Good Friday, April 3 from 10am-6pm at Mary Queen of the World Cathedral (1110 Mansfield St., Montreal) near Bonaventure Metro. The Archbishop will be present at 12:30pm. Please bring an ID Card with you.
