BECKET BROADWAY & CABARET SHOW This year Becket Players is in its 34th year. Your generous support has allowed us to give over 3 million dollars to help needy children both here and afar. ENGAGED ENCOUNTER The weekend encounter is an in-depth pre-marriage preparation experience within the context of Catholic faith and values. The presenting team on an encounter weekend usually consists of two married couples and a priest. MASS FOR MOTHERS A pre-mothers’ day mass will be celebrated. Sponsored by the Legion of Mary. NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING – “Billings Ovulation Method” The “Billings Method” is a cost-free alternative to other methods of family planning based on artificial conception. It is also in accordance with the teaching of the Catholic Church and acceptable to all cultures and creeds. CAMP CARITAS - for boys from age 12 to 17. The camp's program is designed to attract, challenge and present more positive life values for today's teenagers. The entry point Caritas has into the young person's world is through sports and challenging outdoor activities. Caritas shows young people how to respect themselves and others; to see value in everyone, whether winner or loser. Caritas is a Catholic camp but it welcomes and respects all religions and cultures in a spirit of brotherhood and openness. "ALPHA CANADA” Will be holding a bilingual Quebec-wide Alpha Conference. It's two main objectives will be to attract churches not currently holding the Alpha Course, and to motivate and train those already doing so. ST. JOSEPH’S TEACHERS COLLEGE CLASS of ‘58 St. Joseph’s Teachers College Class of ‘58 is planning a 50th Anniversary Reunion the weekend

Marriage mentoring works with experienced couples in order to enrich their own marriages as well as equipping them to work with other couples to transform marriage culture. The Dept. for Family Life sponsors workshops given by trained facilitators in parishes or at the Catholic Archdiocese.
